Course Description:  What happened to the wonderful relationship you anticipated?  Did you know that God wants you to have a fantastic marriage?  Come learn God’s keys to a great marriage.  This class presents the Bible basics of marriage, principles of communication, principles of sex, and much more!

Homework:  Simple weekly assignments

Instructors:  Dr. George and Beverly Moore.  George Moore is an associate professor at Purdue.  Beverly Moore is a home schooling mother and a biblical counselor.

PG 210 Keys to Better Parenting

Schedule:  6 weeks, August 20 – September 24

Fees:  $15 materials cost

Course Description:  “My daughter keeps throwing tantrums.  Is this just a phase?”  “My son’s been hitting his classmates.  Should I be concerned?”  Questions like these are common and show the need for practical answers to raising children.  This class is designed to equip parents with a Bible-based parenting philosophy.

Instructors:  James and Connie Thomas.  James Thomas, M.D., is a physician at Pediatric Associates of Lafayette.  Connie Thomas is on the faculty at Faith Christian School.

PG 203 Marriage Tune-Up

Schedule:  4 weeks, October 15 – November 5

Fees:  $20 materials cost

Course Description:  Find out how a good marriage can become a great marriage.  It is recommended, but not required, that you take Keys to a Better Marriage prior to taking this class.  

Homework:  Simple Assignments

Instructors:  Joe & Susan Blake.  Joe Blake serves as Senior Plant Engineer at Eli Lilly and is a deacon at Faith.  Susan is responsible for home schooling their children.

PG 216 Helping Children with ADHD

Schedule:  4 weeks, October 15 – November 5

Fees:  No cost

Course Description:  Learn how basic biblical principles can help with the behavioral symptoms of ADHD.

Instructors:  Dr. Bob Smith and Rita Jamison.  Bob Smith, M.D. retired, is Chairman of the Deacons at Faith.  Rita Jamison is a Special Education Teacher at Hershey Elementary.
