Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Registration cancellations submitted in writing prior to January 9, 2009 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. After January 9, 2008 registration fees are non-refundable. Direct transfer (e.g. married couple to married couple) of a conference registration to another party or track alteration (e.g. from Track 2 to Track 3), as long as the track is not full, is permitted for a $25 fee.

Transportation, Housing & Hotels

Information regarding transportation, housing, airlines, and hotel needs is available online.

Limited housing is available from the Faith Baptist Church family for those who cannot afford otherwise.
