Aerobic Classes

 Young at Heart Aerobics
This low impact class was created with senior citizens and inactive adults (of any age) in mind. Our primary focus will be on functional fitness. As inactive people grow older they lose strength, mobility, and balance, and it becomes harder for them to accomplish daily living activities. Our goals are to improve in the areas of balance, agility, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and strength using stability balls and resistance tubing. Music from the Big Band era will lend to the fun atmosphere!

Basic Step and Stability Ball Aerobics

This low impact class features two of the most popular group exercise formats -- the step and ball. Learn basic step moves which will be added to each week. At the end of the eight week series you'll have an entire choreographed routine to upbeat Christian music! We'll also work with energetic and creative aerobic moves using a stability ball, plus each class will feature a specific body part to tone and strengthen such as thigh, arm & shoulder or abdominals.
