About FCS Preschool & Childcare
Now accepting applications! Faith Christian Preschool & Child Care is a ministry of Faith Baptist Church serving those in the Greater Lafayette area with preschoolers, ages three and four.
General hours of operation are 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Holiday hours vary and are available at the preschool. Additional information on admission requirements is available. For more information, please contact Stacy Hancock at (765) 449-0120.
K4 preschool (for four-year-olds) meets Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30am-11:30am. K3 (three-year-olds) meets Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am -11:30am. Optional child care is provided for the days and afternoons when the children are not attending preschool. All children are required to be fully potty trained (and not using pull-ups).
Academic Instruction
The core of our teaching material comes from a biblically based curriculum. Children begin each day with a Bible story and scripture memory. Character qualities such as obedience, respect, honesty, responsibility, kindness, etc., are incorporated into the overall program. Other academic instruction includes the following topics:
