In order to better understand the jobs currently available at Vision of Hope, several documents are being made available to applicants.

• Please refer to the Leadership Standards Document to understand the standards expected of all staff working with any ministry associated with Faith Bapist Church.  All staff will be expected to sign this document prior to the commencement of work.
• Please refer to the Interoffice Etiquette Document to understand the expectations of staff.
• Please refer to the Staff Calendar to view an average month of staff coverage.  Barring schedule rearrangements for vacations days or pre-scheduled family events the staff calendar will usually look very similar to this.  This is an illustrative calendar only and does not portray the January 2008 actual work schedule.
• In order to understand the daily schedule please refer to Sample Daily Schedule.  Using the job descriptions posted for each job and the Sample Daily Schedule you may better understand the daily / hourly responsibilities each job position will possess during their shift.  An explanation of each item on the schedule follows on page 2.
• All potential staff will also be required to complete a national and state background  / police / sex offender check, Tuberculosis Screening, and a homeland security check.
