Multi-Purpose Room

The Multi-Purpose Room serves as both a gymnasium and a large meeting space. With a stage and extra large projector screens, this room can easily accommodate groups of 200 or more. 

Capacity

Accommodates a maximum of 250 (chairs only)

With a maximum of 35 round tables, the MPR accommodates

• 250 with 8 chairs per table
• 245 with 7 chairs per table
• 210with 6 chairs per table

Features

Stage (5 foot wide and portable)

If an A/V Technician is hired, the following are available:

• 2 microphones (1 lapel and 1 handheld)
• 2 Built in video projectors (guests must provide their own laptop)
• Speakers that are sufficient for the needs of the room
• Play CDs, audio cassettes and MP3s
