Gilman Brothers Sports Performance Camp

Gilman Brothers Sports Performance Camp 2012 consists of twelve sessions that utilize speed drills, agaility and quickness training, and plyometric exercises to increase power, speed, control, and strength.

This is for anyone ages 10 and up, more information about dates and prices will be available this summer.
