StrollerBlast
StrollerBlast is a stroller-based fitness class designed specifically to help moms (or moms to be!) get fit, stay fit, and encourage each other. Classes begin with a warm-up, then alternate walking/jogging with cardiovascular and strength exercises. We wrap up with core strengthening, stretching, chatting, and playtime for the little ones.
Cost and Registration
Your first class is free! Just show up a few minutes early to fill out the registration form and waiver (or fill it out ahead of time) and meet the instructor.
Faith Community Center moms on the Family Plan may attend class for free on Wednesdays and Fridays (one-time equipment fee required after first class).
Visit www.strollerblast.com to see the different packages available.

Common Questions
- What if I don't think I can keep up? Don't worry. Classes are organized so that moms of all fitness levels can participate. Plenty of our moms walk and follow the low-impact and pregnancy modifications, while others have run in halfmarathons and are pushing their limits.
- What else should I bring? Bring snacks/drinks for your kiddos, water for yourself and a mat/blanket/towel for core work. Make sure you are wearing athletic shoes and clothing you can easily move in.
- Can I bring my kids? Yes, absolutely! But they must be in a stroller or baby carrier. We'll keep them occupied with songs, interaction and movement. Jogging strollers are recommended, but not necessary. For indoor classes, children age 4 and over may sit on a mat on the side of the gym if they'd prefer not to be in a stroller (or if you'd rather not push them!).
