Discover - After School Care
The Faith Community After School Program is the place for your child(ren)! Our program provides a structured after school setting in which children ages 5-11 will have the opportunity to interact with positive role models. Children who participate in our program will have the benefit of both homework assistance and physical activity.
We also provide before school care from 7-8am.
Your children will be provided a snack upon arrival to Faith Community Center. From there, children can receive targeted homework assistance and/or participate in various activities, including swimming twice a week. We would love to have your child(ren) participate in the Faith Community After School Program.
Wyandotte is in our district. Wyandotte Elemnetarty School will provide transportation to and from Faith. Faith does not provide transportation.

March 26 – March 30th from 7 am until 6 pm.
Registration Deadline: March 23, 2012
Cost
- The fee is $100 for the week
- $25 application fee
- We do not prorate if child is not there
- Fee is to be paid before care is giving

- Parents need to provide a sack lunch
- Please bring swim wear and towel
- Swim daily

Non-refundable registration fee - $30
Before Care only: $15/week per child
After Care only - $50/week per child
Before and After Care: $65/week per child
10% off each additional child
Scholarships
Scholarships are available and given out based on need and funds availability. Preference will be given based on monetary need. Please inquire for our scholarship application procedures.
Application Process
The non-refundable registration fee is due at time of application. You may also pick up a registration packet at the Community Center check-in desk. Complete the forms and submit them with registration fee. Please make checks payable to Faith Community Ministries.
