Faith Community Development Corporation (FCDC), in partnership with the Indiana Housing Community Development Authority (IHCDA), has been approved to award state tax credits up to 50% for gifts to FCDC for neighborhood development for Lower Lincoln neighborhood in north Lafayette, Indiana. Tax credits are applied directly to reduce your amount of state taxes due. (It is not a taxable income adjustment, but a direct state tax liability reduction. For example: a donation of $200 would give you a state tax credit of $100. If your amount of state taxes due was $500, the tax bill would be reduced to $400 using the tax credit). Gifts must be $100 or more (aggregate for the tax calendar year).
