Homeschool Activities
Gym & Swim
Homeschool Gym & Swim is a program designed for home school children to spend time learning alongside their peers. The Gym and Swim program at Faith consists of 2-hour sessions Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1-3pm. Children learn different team sports, personal fitness, develop their swimming skills, and work together as a group.
The fall session for Gym & Swim begins August 29 and runs through November 23, and the spring session is January 16 through April 18. For more information call Yvette Welk at 765-430-8278 or e-mail her at fcc.swim.lessons@gmail.com.
There are currently 18 slots available on Monday and 16 slots available on Wednesday.
Speech and Debate Club
Faith Community Center hosts Quo Vadis Speech and Debate Club on Fridays running September 2 - December 9. They meet from 11 AM - 3 PM. They have a variety of activities which help the whole family work on their communication skills, and also a Gym & Swim program for younger children.
Quo Vadis Mission Statement: To assist families in developing skills in their children in order that they can be effective ambassadors for Christ in this lost world. To fulfill this mission we use a two-fold approach - competition and community communication.
Visitors are always welcome! For more information, visit the Quo Vadis website.
