Complete this form and submit it to request limited free housing with members of Faith Baptist Church. This housing is available for those who would not be able to attend otherwise. Please note that you are responsible for your own transportation during the conference. We may not be able to provide housing if you are without transportation. Although most of our host families are within 10-20 minutes of the church, you could be placed with a family living up to 30 minutes away from the church. If you would prefer not to travel this distance you may stay in a local motel and do NOT need to submit this form.
All housing requests will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
