Please keep them short and to the point and make sure that you communicate the key idea for your suggested ministry. Here are a couple of examples:

• Consider installing basketball goals on the edge of the church parking lot to encourage more people to pursue recreation here.
• Create teams of people in surrounding neighborhoods to act as an "FBC Welcome Wagon". 
• Consider how to improve security in the nursery. 
• Review the signage around the Welcome Center to make it more visitor friendly.
