You can register for your Fun & Fitness membership two ways:
By mail
Print, complete, and mail the registration packet to 5572 Mercy Way, Lafayette, IN 47905.
A parental consent form is required for children ages 13-17.
In person
Print and complete the registration packet, and we'll finalize your membership during your first visit.
