Foundational and Overarching Elements:

1.  Our youth ministry is part of our overall church ministry and will contribute with excellence to our church's mission.

2. Our youth ministry exists to support, encourage, and assist parents in raising godly teenagers.

3. Our youth ministry exists to make an impact for Christ in our homes, community, and around the world.

4. Our youth staff sacrifically invests their lives into the lives of teenagers for the cause of Christ.
