Relationship:
Our God is a relational God. From beginning to end - creation, covenant, law, prophecy, gospel, church, and eternity, God desires a relationship with man (Gen. 1-2; Gen. 12; Ex. 20; Is. 9; Acts 2; Rev 21-22). God desires for us, following His example, to build relationships with others and share His redemptive plan (Matt. 5:13-16; 22:37-40; Rom. 8:28-29). Therefore, people precede programs. A person's personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the most important thing to us!
Because of our relationship with God, we desire, initiate, and build relationships with others. We are seeking to love people unconditionally and sacrificailly with the hope of winning them to Christ (Matthew 28:19-20; John 4; John 3:16) and helping them grow in Christ.

Discipleship
When a person repents of his sin, God desires for that new believer to live no longer for himself, rather to live for God and die to self (2 Cor. 5:14-15; Matt. 16:24). The mature believers have the responsibility to train and equip this new believer in how to live out his faith, serve, and build relationships with others in order to share his faith. This baby believer should be steadily growing and becoming more productive for the cause of Christ (Matt. 28:19-20; Eph. 4:11-12, 22-24; Phil. 1:9).

Leadership
God desires to use servant leaders to do His work (Phil. 2). Our youth ministry seeks to build leaders with godly character that will minister effectively in the community of believers and within the local community in which they live. We strive to train leaders who will invest their lives back inot hte lives of others.
