Faith Community Foster Care is designed to help coordinate communication with each of the three local foster care agencies and to provide physical and spiritual resources for foster parents. Our initial effort is to identify possible foster families and then support them as they go through the steps necessary to participate as a foster parent. The transition includes about 30 hours of training and preparing homes to accept children. Faith Community Foster Care desires to use our resources to help these families in providing a better future for children in need in our community.
