Aqua Pals

Senior Water Exercise is open to all Faith Community Center Members. The Aqua Pals Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. in the Faith Community Pool. This low impact class is designed to help with joint mobility and flexibility.

The Aqua Pals stay after the class on the First and Third Monday to further enjoy the camaraderie with games to include Dominoes, Double-Deck Hearts, and other board games. The First Monday of every other month is a carry-in meal followed by games. Come join us and have some fun!
