LS 105 Basic Computer Skills - FULL

Course Description: This class is the first in the series of computer classes and will start with the basics of turning your computer on, learning toolbars, and interacting with all those dialog windows. We will show you how to organize where you save your files so it is easy to find your information. This class will cover the basics of what an operating system does versus how the Office applications may perform. Safely navigating the Internet and finding things you were searching for on the internet will round out the topics discussed in this first series.

LS 217 Preparing for Job Interviews
Schedule: 3 weeks, March 25 - April 15

Course Description: If you are interested in a career change or have recently been laid off due to the economy, this class is an excellent way to brush up your interviewing skills to give you an advantage over the competition. This class will cover everything from your clothing, to etiquette, to answering those tough interview questions. Find out what employers are looking for and how you can set yourself apart!
