PG 202 Keys to a Better Marriage

Course Description: What happened to the wonderful relationship you anticipated? Did you know that God wants you to have a fantastic marriage? Come learn God’s keys to a great marriage. This class presents the Bible basics of marriage, principles of communication, principles of sex, and much more!
Homework: Simple weekly assignments
Instructors: Dr. George and Beverly Moore. George Moore is an associate professor at Purdue. Beverly Moore is a home schooling mother and a biblical counselor.

LA 212 Parenting Infants and Toddlers
Schedule: 6 weeks, March 5 – April 9
Fees: $10.00 materials cost
Course Description: This course will use the biblical principles of parenting that were taught in Keys to Better Parenting and work through homework and applications of these principles for infants and toddlers. These applications include mental, physical, social, and spiritual applications and problems such as sleeping, eating, sharing, and whining. If you have not taken Keys to Better Parenting, you are still encouraged to attend.

Instructors: James and Connie Thomas. James Thomas, M.D., is a physician at Pediatric Associates of Lafayette. Connie Thomas is on the faculty at Faith Christian School.

LA 216 Parenting Teens
Schedule: 6 weeks, March 5 – April 9
Fees: $10.00 materials cost
Course Description: Are teenager years a season for survival or an age of opportunity? This question is addressed along with other helpful topics such as understanding what a family really is, dealing with children leaving home, facilitating small steps to big change, rebellion, manipulation, and spending time with your teen. This course will use principles of parenting that are taught in Keys to Better Parenting. If you have not taken that class, you are still encouraged to attend.

Instructors: Joe and Susan Blake. Joe Blake serves as Senior Plant Engineer at Eli Lilly and is a deacon at Faith. Susan is responsible for home schooling their children.
