PG 341 Renewed Lives

Course Description: A natural outgrowth of renewing our attitudes is it's reflection in our behavior. This class helps us to examine how to live our lives from a biblical perspective. We will be learning how to control our tongue, manage our priorities, consider our outward appearance, grow in purity, mature in our faith and respond to the sin of others. This course combines some of the material from a "Woman of Character" with additional content and topics as well.
Homework: Simple weekly assignments

PG 345 Handling Stress Biblically
Schedule: 6 weeks, March 5 – April 9
Fees: No Cost
Course Description: Handling Stress Biblically is about learning how to handle the stressful points of life in a way that pleases God. This course is also designed to help the participants evaluate what in their life is adding to their stress, as well as to re-prioritize and make better decisions in order to lessen that stress. We will never be able to have a stress-free existence, but we can learn how to deal with the stress in a way that pleases God and helps build Christ-like character.

PG 361 Women Discipling Women
Schedule: 4 weeks, April 30 – May 21
Fees: No Cost
Course Description: As women, we have a unique opportunity to help other women grow in the Lord. Many of us desire to do this but don’t know how. “Do I know enough?” “How will I know what to say?” While all of us are still growing, we can and should be involved in the lives of other women. The purpose of this class is to develop a vision for discipling other women and the tools necessary to begin.
Homework: Simple weekly assignments
Instructor: Susan Blake. Susan Blake has been married to Joe for 27 years and is the mother of five children ages 2 to 22. After discipling her own children, she considers discipling other women a high privilege which is why she is excited to teach this class.
