Application Fee (new students)
Must accompany a student’s application for admission
Non-refundable fee that helps cover the cost of processing applicants
Re-enrollment Fee
Covers the administrative costs of processing current students
I-20 Processing Fee
Helps cover the administrative costs of processing and maintaining a student’s I-20
Home stay Fee
- Helps cover a student’s food, room, and board while staying with host family
- Helps cover meals and activities with host family
- Helps cover general toiletries, but NOT special items such as makeup or cologne/perfume
- Does NOT include personal clothing, any school costs, and beginning school supplies
- MUST be paid BEFORE a student arrives in their host family’s home
Tuition
Helps cover the general costs of operating the school. A full semester’s tuition MUST be paid BEFORE a student is allowed to attend classes.
Fees included
- Book Fee which helps cover the cost of school owned textbooks and consumable books. Does not cover special course supplies such as special literature books and some home economics and art supplies. Does not cover correspondence courses which must be taken because of scheduling conflicts and are needed for graduation.
- Activity Fee which helps cover required testing; school retreat; Student Accident Insurance; Art supplies; Science/lab materials; Educational association fee; admission to home games for athletics, excluding tournaments (when student ID is presented)
- Technology Fee which helps cover Use of Study Island both in the home and at school; use of Discovery Education in the classroom; computer paper, copier ink, computer upkeep; use of Wi-Fi throughout the school facilities; RenWeb/Parents Web Student Information Management System.

*Private Lessons given by teachers who are not staff are paid directly to the individual teachers. Lessons given by school personnel during school hours will be billed monthly.
