Tuition
Your first tuition payment will be due on September 1, 2012. Tuition is due on the 1st of every month through May 1, 2013, and late on the 16th of each month. A $25 late fee will be applied if tuition is late.
Fees
Application fee must accompany a student’s application for admission. All other fees are due before your child may start preschool. Your fees include:
- Re-enrollment Fee: Must accompany the student’s re-enrollment form. This covers the administrative costs of processing a current student. This fee must accompany a student’s application for admission.
- Application Fee: Must accompany a student’s application for admission. This non-refundable fee helps cover the cost of processing the applicant. This fee must accompany a student’s application for admission.
- Curriculum Fee: Covers the cost of consumable workbooks, teacher classroom supplies, and photocopying.
- Activity Fee: Covers the cost of student supplemental insurance, ACSI membership dues, and helps with the cost of in-house field trips.
- Technology Fee: The fee covers the use of the computer lab and the cost of RenWeb/Parents Web Information Management System. This fee is due by August 19th.
- Late Fees: Tuition is due on the 15th of each month. A $25.00 late fee is applied after the 15th of the month. Students will be asked to withdraw from school when accounts are past due more than 60 days.
Additional Care Charges
If your child needs to stay longer on a certain day the following rates would apply:
1/2 day rate: anytime from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes lunch): $13.00
Full day rate: anytime from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes lunch): $26.00
Discounts
10% discount if you have multiple children within the preschool, OR $200.00 discount if you have a child in the school and preschool
