Pastor Steve Viars has served at Faith Church since 1987.  He and his wife Kris were married in 1982 and they have three children. Pastor Viars’ gifted teaching ministry, enthusiasm for the Word of God, and organizational skills are instrumental in equipping Faith Church.  He oversees the staff, deacons, and all of Faith ministries.

Bob is a retired physician who practiced in St. Elizabeth's Hospital's ER and Arnett Clinic's Urgent Care Center. Bob and his wife, Leona, became members of Faith in 1977. Bob is a member of the Academy and board of trustees of NANC. He is an instructor and counselor for Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries, where he oversees the training certification of several counselors. He is author of several books. Bob teaches several adult ministry classes and served for many years as the Chairman of deacons for Faith Church. Bob also serves on the Counseling Ministries Committee.

Pastor Rob Green and his wife, Stephanie, joined the Faith staff in August, 2005.  Rob’s responsibilities include oversight of the Faith Biblical Counseling Ministry, teaching ABFs, and teaching New Testament at the Faith Bible Seminary.

Pastor Brent Aucoin and his wife, Janet, came on staff in July of 1998.  Pastor Aucoin serves as overseer of the College Ministry,
Career Ministry, Faith Community Institute, and Faith Seminary.

• Counselor - Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries

Dan works as a physician with Lafayette Obstetrics and Gynecology. He currently serves as the chairman of the hospital board for the Western region of the Sisters of St. Francis and also as the President of Women's Health Care Associates . As a certified counselor and lecturer for the NANC, Dan counsels through Faith Biblical Counseling Ministry. Dan is Co-teaching the Proclaimers ABF. He is currently serving as a Director of Faith Christian School, Inc. and Vision of Hope, Inc., and is on the Christian School Committee and the Counseling Ministries Committee.

Director of The Ministry Training Center at the Bible Church of Little Rock in Arkansas. He received his Ph.D. in theology at Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, IN. At Grace Theological Seminary, he served as a full-time professor of Biblical languages, theology and apologetics, and Director of Doctoral Studies. He also taught for six years at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, California

Dr. Bob Martin is a member of Faith and a theological scholar.

Kevin is the department chairmen for Biblical Counseling at BBC (Springfield, MO) and Pastor of Sonrise Baptist Church. He counsels on a weekly basis those from his church and the surrounding community. Kevin and his wife have three children. His education includes a B.A., Pastoral Theology, M.Div., Baptist Bible College (Springfield), and a D.Min., Biblical Counseling, Westminster Theological Seminary.

Garrett is the founder and executive director of Twelve Stones Ministries, a short-term intensive counseling intervention program. He maintains a heavily counseling schedule and formerly served as the director of counseling in a local church of over 3,000 persons. He is married with two children. His education includes a B.A., Psychology, Purdue University; and a Psy.D., Psychology, Virginia Consortium for Professional Psychology (Norfolk, VA).
