Challenge your strength and endurance

Are you looking to workout with a partner or just have people working out alongside you? Bootcamp is for anyone; whether you are in high school or over 50, we have exercises that can help you. Cardio, strength training, and a plyometric workout will help you lose weight, gain muscle, and feel better all day long.

We offer two affordable options:

  • Upgrade your Fun & Fitness membership for just $15 per month to include unlimited classes! (Strollerblast is included only for upgraded family memberships.)
  • Stop by the front desk to buy a punch card with 10 Classes ($55 for non members, $35 for members)

Kelly Curtis

Kelly has a love and passion for group fitness.  She loves meeting people at all levels of fitness and then watching them work hard and excel!  Kelly began her career as a classroom teacher but is enjoying the transition to being a fitness "teacher."  She is the busy mom of three children, so she knows the importance and challenge of integrating health and fitness into a hectic life. Kelly also serves as the group fitness coordinator for Faith Community Center.  Kelly is a certified AFAA Group fitness instructor and is working on additional certifications.
