Meghan Collins

Meghan Collins holds a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Health. She has been practicing fitness and nutrition coaching since May of 2009. Meghan is passionate about wellness and believes that whole body fitness will positively influence the health and wellness of everyone. Meghan is passionate about helping others get in the best shape of their lives mentally, physically, and spiritually. Her classes focus on cardiovascular and strength training. When you attend her classes she wants you to feel strong, capable and successful. It is also her hope that those who attend will feel the peace, love, and light that is shining within them.
