Nicole Pearson

Nicole is passionate about teaching the life enhancements of fitness. As a High Risk OB nurse in Indianapolis, she has an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the physical exercise and nutrition the human body requires for optimal health. She graduated from Purdue University Nursing School in 2004 and commissioned into Active Duty Army service through ROTC. After leaving the Army in 2009, she has continued to explore her passion for physical fitness through long-distance running, team sports, weight lifting/bodybuilding, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and the Tabata method. She has completed several half marathons and one full marathon. As a mother of three wonderful girls, Nicole understands and values the mental and emotional wellness that is achieved through a fit lifestyle. She is inspired and motivated by helping others find and reach their fitness/wellness goals.
