Local Church Ministries
  1. Consider renovating the south end of the Faith East church building to enhance Children's Ministries.
  2. Consider making renovations to the Faith East foyer and nursery wing.
  3. Review the current effectiveness of our Wednesday evening ministries and implement a strategy for greater effectiveness across our campuses.
  4. Determine the ministry model for Faith Church North including the potential for Saturday night and Spanish services.
  5. Seek to build and strengthen relationships within our church by better integrating small group ministries into existing adult ministries and encouraging members to be actively involved.
  6. Consider establishing a simple method for communicating how a person can grow spiritually through the ministries of our church.
  7. Consider providing teaching, programs, and resources designed to increase biblical literacy and assimilation of core doctrinal truths among the children, teens, and adults of our church family.

  4. Consider building the second duplex on the property at Bethany Farms.
  5. Increase the number of Spanish-speaking counselors serving at Faith by four. The goal is to produce a “working model” in both English and Spanish.
