6 Weeks
Navigating Teen Culture with a Godly Focus

Location: Faith Church East (5526 SR 26 East, Lafayette)

Class time: 6:30-8:00 p.m. (dates listed below)

Description: As parents, we can tend to become concerned about the impact that today’s culture might have on our teens. We can become overwhelmed and unprepared for some of the topics and issues that our young people face. This class seeks to provide help, support, and encouragement to parents of pre-teens and teens as they seek to provide godly counsel and wisdom during these times. There will be variety in the presentations as there will be speakers, panelists, and various experts in the various topics that are discussed. Topics include: Parenting Overview, Sexuality Issues, Affluence/Consumerism/Entertainment, Mental Health, and Addictions. We hope that these sessions will serve as encouragement, instruction, and provide networking opportunities for parents.
