Course description: We will be covering the following topics:

3/31: Government Programs and Benefits – Medicaid, Medicare, Waivers, SSI and SSDI, including Adult Child Benefits, juggling Social Security and employment. How to hit a home run!

4/7: ABLE Accounts & Guardianship – Achieving a Better Life Experience, STABLE Account Advantages & Disadvantages. Guardianship, pros and cons, alternatives, when, how and the process.

4/14: Special Needs Trusts – First vs Third Party, Pooled & Miller Trusts. All Special Needs Trust are not created equal. In this session we will unpack special needs trust, helping you avoid costly and common mistakes.

4/21: Life Care Planning Workshop – Planning for the future, when and how and family involvement in the process. This workshop shows how all the special needs planning elements work together to achieve quality of life for your loved one.
