Course description: We will learn the basics of healthy eating and physical activity, explore real life challenges to changing behaviors, and develop practical strategies to create and sustain healthy lifestyles.

Instructors: Leanne Johnson and Liz Willis. Leanne is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist whose focus is helping men, women, and youth to eat and exercise in a way that improves health and honors God. Liz is a self-proclaimed foodie and chef who enjoys teaching others the art of cooking meals that are nutritious and delicious.
