BodyFuel is an upbeat, 40 minute class created to challenge the ENTIRE body during your lunch hour. This class will use dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, steps, or body weight exercises while combining intervals of both cardio and strength conditioning to maximize your calorie burn, and gain strength and endurance.

What do I need to bring?

Each participant needs to bring their own mat.

What if a class is cancelled?

Changes, if necessary, will be communicated through the MindBody Connect app and the online fitness class schedule. You can also receive an email notification if a class is cancelled. For more information, read about Signing In on our Fitness Classes page.

Ann Leazenby


Ann has been attending group fitness classes for many years. She took a few years away from the gym when her kids were growing up and busy with school activities, but is ready to get back into a regular workout schedule.

Ann understands the need for some encouragement to get to the gym early mornings to stay motivated.  She believes that the encouragement from others in her fitness classes made a huge impact on the success in reaching her health goals. 

Ann began teaching Total Body Fitness in 2016 and Aqua Fit in 2018.  She finds that the motivation from others in the class helps to stay active and committed while pushing each other harder to keep with it and keep moving forward. Ann is looking forward to helping others achieve their strength and endurance goals by motivating people in her fitness classes
