An hour of mindful stretching of the entire body. Release stress both physically and emotionally. Benefits our muscles, lymphatic system, organs, and balance. Focus on breathing, posture, and renewal of our spirit. A slower paced exercise practice appropriate for young and mature adults.

What if a class is cancelled?

Changes, if necessary, will be communicated through the MindBody Connect app and the online fitness class schedule. You can also receive an email notification if a class is cancelled. For more information, read about Signing In on our Fitness Classes page.

Linda Kelly

Linda Kelly lives in Lafayette and was raised in Indiana. A graduate and retiree from Purdue University. Introduced to the benefits and love of Yoga in the 1970's. Through continuous classes and training Linda has developed a personal style of Gentle Yoga. She has instructed during summers in Montana and for the last 10 years has taught and developed her Yoga class practice at the Lafayette YMCA.
