All forms can be found in your FACTS parent account this year under web forms. To get to the forms, you will log in to your FACTS account. Then choose Web Forms on the navigation bar on the left.

These forms are required for each student or household. Each form has instructions at the top in red that will tell you if the form applies to each student or your entire household.

We have also adjusted our Drop Off and Pick-Up procedures due to construction. Student parking has moved to the south end of the parking lot by State Rd 26. Faculty parking has also moved south in order to make room for parent parking in the center of the parking lot. Further explanation of the new procedures will occur at parent orientation.

Carpool could not only be a need for a ride for your student(s) to or from school, but even offering a space in your vehicle to take a student(s) to or from school. Please fill out the information at https://bit.ly/carpoolFCS. The spreadsheet of collected info will be shared with everyone that fills out the form, so you will be able to connect with those interested who live in your area of our community! Parents will need to take the initiative to contact other parents from the list to see if they can work out any carpooling arrangements. The role of the school office is just to collect this information and share it.

FCS will be offering private music lessons in piano, voice, band instruments, and guitar with lesson times available before, during, and after school hours.
