Nicole started teaching at Faith Christian School in 2000. She took on the role of Middle School Principal in 2016 and the role of Assistant Superintendent in 2025. Nicole and her husband Jason have served as youth leaders since 1999 now oversee the Youth Ministry at the Faith North campus where they attend.
