Course description: No book in Scripture reveals the glory of God and Christ in any more splendor than this book does, and yet no book has been more misunderstood and misinterpreted and neglected than this book. Revelation’s picturesque images, mysterious symbols, and apocalyptic language make it one of the most challenging books in Scripture to interpret. But believers cannot afford to ignore the immense truth that this book contains. In fact, we are commanded not to in Revelation 22:10. The goal of this class is to take a dive into this marvelous book, hitting the key points of its rich, prophetic promises, and to understand what it teaches about God's love for His people and the future He prepared for us. Included in this course are topics such as Christ's message to the seven churches, the tribulation, the Antichrist, the millennial reign of Christ, the eschatological judgements, and the eternal state. Revelation unveils truths about Jesus Christ and makes more clear features of prophetic truth that is only hinted at in some Old and New Testament passages. This book provides a unique glimpse into not only the future, but into the very character and nature of our Savior.

Note: This class meets the requirements toward the NT bible knowledge certificate course.
