Cancellations submitted in writing prior to 3/19/21 will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
After 3/19/21 registration fees are non-refundable.
Anyone with a contiguous United States' address that registers before February 26, 2021 can choose if they would like to receive a printed notebook or a protected digital PDF file.
Those outside of the contiguous United States and those registering after February 26 will receive a protected digital PDF file only.
