Dr. Higbee has directed soul care ministries in two churches and was the founder of Twelves Stones Ministries in Morgantown, IN. He has been practicing biblical counseling for the past twenty-five years. He is the Director of Pastoral Care for the Great Commission Collective, a founding board member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition, and a frequent conference speaker. Garrett has developed and published five training workbooks on soul care and contributed to five books on biblical counseling. Garrett is married to Tammy, and they have three children.
