Race for Hope: May 1 - June 6, 2020
Virtual 5 or 10K walk/run

Because of the coronavirus and the social distancing orders from government/health officials, we will be having a virtual Race for Hope this year. This means you can walk or run the 5k/10k from your very own neighborhood! Registration will be open May 1-31. For a very low registration fee of $20 you can participate and receive a Race for Hope t-shirt. We will be asking each participant to post a fun picture of their virtual race on social media and submit their race results online. We will have prizes for the photo contest and awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers in the both the 5k and the 10k races.

We fully acknowledge these are hard times and we completely understand if you are unable to participate at this time, but we would also be grateful for anything you can do to help us reach our goal. We are committed to supporting local businesses during this time so some of our prizes will be local restaurant gift cards.

Join us to run the VIRTUAL 10k or the 5k run/walk on June 6!

  1. Register for $20 to run the race between now and May 31st and receive a t-shirt.
  2. Once you’ve registered you will receive a downloadable bib via email
  3. Choose any day between the time you register and 10 am Saturday June 6th.
  4. Submit your race results online through our website.
  5. Please follow all government and health official guidelines by practicing safe social distancing.

The awards ceremony will take place live and online Saturday June 6.

T-shirts and medals will be mailed out after the race.

The Race for Hope was started in 2011 to help support the Vision of Hope and Faith Bible Seminary ministries.

Vision of Hope is a residential, faith-based ministry that serves women struggling with unplanned pregnancies, drug or alcohol abuse, eating disorders and habit of self-harm.

Faith Bible Seminary helps young pastors graduate from seminary, debt free, with 3 years of pastoral experience serving the community and the local church. Our church-based model eases financial burdens, allows families to grow stronger during ministry training, and provides real ministry experience—all within the context of a solid academic program.
