Steph Moyer

Steph is a fitness and strength training enthusiast, whose passion began several years ago while participating in boot camp style classes. Since then, Steph has moved on to strength train on her own, ran several 5K’s, and has been a part of the fitness classes at Faith East since January 2013. She has a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, which sparked her interest in teaching fitness classes. Steph is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor. She looks forward to working with you in her Total Body Level 1 and 2 classes.
