Steph Moyer

Steph is a fitness and strength training enthusiast, whose passion began ten years ago while participating in boot camp style classes. Since then, Steph has moved on to strength train on her own, ran several 5K’s, and has been a part of the fitness classes at Faith East from the time when they started in January 2013. She has a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, which sparked her interest in teaching fitness classes. She looks forward to working with you in Total Body Fitness.
