Cancellation and Transfer Policy

• Cancellations submitted in writing prior to 8/23/19 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. After 8/23/19 registration fees are non-refundable. 
• Direct transfer of a registration to another person is permitted for a $25 fee prior to September 20, 2019.
