Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellations submitted in writing prior to 2/7/20 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. After 2/7/20, registration fees are non-refundable.

Any changes direct transfer of a registration to another party, adding a spouse, or track alterations (e.g. from Track 1 to Track 3), as long as the track is not full, are permitted for a $25 fee prior to March 6, 2020.
