Cancellations submitted in writing prior to 8/21/20 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. After 8/21/20, registration fees are non-refundable.
Any changes, direct transfer of a registration to another party, or track alterations (e.g. from Track 1 to Track 2), as long as the track is not full, are permitted for a $25 fee prior to September 18, 2020.
