Cancellations submitted in writing prior to 1/31/20 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. After 1/31/20, registration fees are non-refundable.
Direct transfer of a registration to another person is permitted for a $25 fee prior to February 22, 2019.
Any changes, direct transfer of a registration to another party, or track alterations (e.g. from Track 1 to Track 3), as long as the track is not full, are permitted for a $25 fee prior to February 28, 2020.
