What comes to your mind when you hear the word accountability?

What are some reasons for why men shrink away from the idea of accountability?

The heart behind a man who rejects accountability is a lack of understanding of Biblical accountability or a lack of faith in God’s plan for spiritual growth.

What Scripture comes to mind when you think of accountability?

Biblical Accountability is the medium by which God strengthens men to accomplish His purpose for their lives. This medium is a commitment to a brother in Christ to help him become a more faithful disciple of Christ through encouragement, confession, and admonishment.

Goal of Biblical Accountability: to strengthen men to be conformed to the image of Christ.
