We facilitate providing non-perishable food, clothing and furniture or household items to community members who are in need due to financial distress from loss of income, loss of a home through natural disaster, or other circumstances.
Food
The Northend Community Center Care Team distributes kits of food to those experiencing emergency needs. Call 765.449.3760 to schedule a time to talk with a member of the Care Team regarding this need. Financial donations are appreciated.
Food Finders handles the long-term food needs for community members, and they accept both unexpired food items and financial donations. Food Finders can be reached at 765.471.0062.
Clothing
Faith Church provides clothing to the community through vouchers and in a partnership with Trinity Life Ministry. One must meet with a Care Team member to receive a voucher. Please call 765-449-3760 to learn how to meet with a Care Team member. Clothing donations to Trinity is how this program can continue, and Faith East Community Center is a drop-off location: 765-449-3740.
Furniture/Household Items
In a partnership with Trinity Life Ministry, Faith Church provides furniture and household item vouchers for the community. Vouchers provide the opportunity for items at a reduced cost which the Care Team may assist with to help meet the need.
