• Make sure you are connected to a strong internet connection.
• Ensure your speakers are turned up and your browser is not muted.
• Reboot and try again.
• Test videos on other sites like YouTube, Facebook, or other video streaming sites.
• Run your browser in private or incognito mode (here are step-by-step instructions).
