About the Legacy Foundation

The growth of Faith Ministries has provided many opportunities for effective community outreach, education, discipleship, worldwide missions, and support.

To help bridge the gap between your desire to support and these ministry opportunities, the Faith Legacy Foundation (FLF) was formed in 2005.

Our Mission

The Faith Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. We exist to assist people who desire to give to benefit the following:

The foundation works with the donor to assist them in selecting the best method of giving and the best assets to donate. We help the donor designate funds that will accomplish their long-term objectives.

Our Commitment
To Confidentiality and Security of Donor Information

Faith Legacy Foundation values and honors the privacy of its financial partners by establishing an environment of trust and safety. Information about our ministry partners and prospective partners, including names and addresses, credit card information, beneficiaries, gifts amounts, and estate information, is kept strictly confidential by all authorized personnel, unless permission is obtained in writing from the donor to release such information. Such information shall be recorded and retained only for the private, business use of the organization.

Faith Legacy Foundation seeks to maintain appropriate measures to ensure the security of donor information, including the use of locked files, computer passwords, and by the regular shredding and disposal of unessential printed partner records. Names acquired through the Internet, or other public domains, are also protected from unsecured Web sites, including addresses, telephone, facsimiles, e-mail addresses, credit card data, other personal information, and dossier files.

In turn, the Faith Legacy Foundation assumes responsibility for offering appropriate direction and guidance, and maintaining a positive working environment. We therefore subscribe to the Donor Bill of Rights endorsed by the American Association of Fundraising Counsel (AAFRC), the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
