In-Person Training

Join us in Lafayette, Indiana for in-person training from ministry professionals who have a wealth of expertise in fields related to biblical counseling, training, and ministry. Join 2,000+ attendees in Lafayette at our premier annual conference, or join us for one of our eleven-week Monday Foundational Training Class sessions.

Instructor-Guided Online Training

During one week in February, or on one weekend for three consecutive months, a certified biblical counseling trainer who is actively counseling others in a local church setting will guide the learners through the lectures. During that time, you can interact with the instructor online and participate in real-time Q&A sessions.

Self-Guided On-Demand Training

To begin your biblical counseling journey, you can take Track 1 in a self-guided virtual format in either English or Spanish on-demand at any time you wish.

Masters in Biblical Counseling Program

This 36-credit masters program starts in the classroom and finishes in the counseling room. You'll grow your foundation of Biblical counseling knowledge, learn how to apply Biblical principles to topics like family problems, worry, fear, pornography, and others, and have the opportunity to practice what you learn through real counseling sessions.

What is Biblical Counseling?

Biblical Counseling is the process where the Bible, God’s Word, is related individually to a person or persons who are struggling under the weight of personal sin and/or the difficulties with suffering, so that he or she might genuinely change in the inner person to be pleasing to God.

Our Mission

Back in 1977, Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries started in the basement of an old church building in Lafayette, IN. Since then, it has dedicated itself to evangelizing the lost and discipling believers whose lives are full of troubles and difficulties. Our mission is two-fold:

  1. Provide excellent biblical counseling to anyone who wants it free of charge.
  2. Provide excellent training to help equip other to counsel those in their churches and communities.
