Heather Starkweather

Heather Starkweather has been on staff since 2007. Heather supervises the intake process for each new resident. She also cares for the social services needs of each resident during their entire stay. She coordinates the education, health, and goals for all residents. Heather supervises all the counselors at Vision of Hope. She trains staff and interns and co-counsels with volunteer counselors.

Erin Greenwood

Erin Greenwood came to Vision of Hope in January 2017 to serve as an intern and began her employment in June 2018.  She will be assisting with secretary duties as well as serving as on duty staff and counseling 2-3 residents.

Jennifer Faulkner

Jennifer Faulkner has been on staff since July 2009, beginning her work as an Intern.  Jennifer began working as a Secretary in May 2011.  Jennifer was promoted to 2nd Shift Supervisor in Sept 2012.

Jennifer supervises the residents three days each week and teaches morning classes. She is also the lead counselor for 4-8 residents.

Annie Martin

Annie was hired as an Intern in July 2014 and began her employment at Vision of Hope in January 2016 and became the intern coordinator in July 2016. She is responsible for recruiting, selecting, and overseeing the Interns that help run the Vision of Hope program. She is passionate about disciplining women to strengthen them in their walk with the Lord and is able to do this through the internship program. Additionally, she supervises the residents through the week and is the lead counselor for 2-4 residents.

Nickey Barnhizer

Nickey joined the staff at Faith in 2012 when she became a Vision of Hope intern and later joining the Vision of Hope as Weekend staff. She is our household manager, and is also the lead counselor for 6-8 residents.

Nickey is passionate about serving and ministry and whatever way she can share the love of Christ with others.

Elizabeth Kinlaw

Elizabeth Kinlaw came to Vision of Hope in July 2015 to serve as an intern and began her employment in January 2017. Elizabeth enjoys being part of the resident check-in process, coordinating events for the ministry, and is the lead counselor for 6-8 residents. 

Katie McNulty

Katie started as in intern at Vision of Hope in July 2015. She started serving as a secretary and assisting in the intake process in June 2017. She is thankful for the opportunity to serve staff and residents at Vision of Hope and to see God at work.
